We run a three and a half year training programme, divided into three yearly sections.

The First Year: provides a comprehensive foundation in macrobiotic healing for individuals to develop their own health. It can either be taken on its own as a year of self development or as the basis for the second and third year courses.

The Second Year: continues with students' personal development and leads to a qualification as a Macrobiotic Cook & Health Adviser. This enables the student to begin working with the public offering macrobiotic cooking and general health advice.

The Third Year: goes into the healing side of macrobiotics in great depth, culminating in a qualification as a Macrobiotic & Life counsellor and the ability to work giving health consultations. During this year students study the healing side of cooking and also qualify as a Macrobiotiic Specialist Cook & Healing Guide, leading to work offering cooking and assisting people with health problems.

This three year training is an exciting opportunity to study in-depth healing on physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual levels.

Modules:

Each year course is divided into a number of modules of 3 to 6 days, with home study and practical projects to complete between modules. There are written and practical assessments at the end of each year.

First Year: 29 days teaching (232 hours) divided into 7 modules spread over 9 or 10 months.

Second Year: 30 days teaching (240 hours) divided into 8 modules spread over 10 months.

Third Year: 36 days teaching and 2 days of assessments (300 hours) in 10 modules spread over 16 months.
