This is a friendly family event with the emphasis on simplicity and participation. It is open to all, and an opportunity to meet and hear some of the UK's leading macrobiotic teachers… Activities include: cooking classes, shiatsu, meditation, nature walks, chanting, drumming, do-in, yoga, sweat lodge, dancing, chi kung, lectures: How to get started in Macrobiotics… Excellent creative children's programmes for 3 - 7's & 7 - 12's. Mother & baby group. Teenagers group. Healthy creative macrobiotic food (all vegan). 3 nights full board from £130 camping, £179 in-house, children £50/£67, £10 discount for adult MBA members.
