The Macrobiotic Association Newsletter Winter 2011

By Kyle Nash, on: Wednesday, 28 December 2011

Hello and Merry Christmas! Welcome to the winter issue of The Macrobiotic Associations Newsletter. In this issue we are reflecting and honouring the floating, Water energy of winter soon to grace us by looking to the past of Macrobiotics. We have a great article from Bill Tara sourced from 1995 which feels very relevant to this current age. We will also be remembering Lima Ohsawa. Also we have a “day in the life special”.

If this issue is the past the next will be the future, we’ll be looking at new ventures, businesses, explorations and ideas into the wonderful world that is Macrobiotics.
