Biography:

Simon Brown has practiced macrobiotics since 1980 and has worked extensively with people in the US and UK to help improve their health. Simon is the author of Modern Day Macrobiotic and wrote 'Against All Odds' with Doctor Faulkner charting his amazing recovery from pancreatic cancer. Simon was the director of London's Community Health Foundation for seven years.

A consultation with Simon can be carried out in person, by telephone or by e-mail. Simon will carefully consider your unique situation and then design your individual menu plan and recipes. The consultation includes help getting started, ongoing advice and reviews of your food diaries.

The fee for this £150 in person or £95 by phone and email. This fee includes your ongoing advice and my reviews of your food diaries.

Also consider a macrobiotic training day with Simon. These take place at Luscious Organic and include four hours training, consultation, book, lunch and snacks with Simon. The fee for this is £195 for one person and £295 for two people.
