Biography:

I came to macrobiotics in 1979 due to illness,and went on a healing journey.

My insight in yin-yang , the five transformations diagnosis and lifestylepatterns is clarifying and inspiring.

I am the mother of four grown up children, and the grandmother of three gandsons.

My daughter, Tine is an inspirational mb teacher and cooing teacher in Belgium and abroad. She runs, together with her partner, Kevin, the famous macrobiotic restaurant and center Avalon.
