Biography:

Sharlene was introduced to macrobiotics several years ago when she came across a book called 'The Hip Chicks Guide to Macrobiotics'. At this time she began exploring alternative approaches to health whilst training to be a holistic massage therapist as well as exploring shamanic healing and reiki.

As her quest for self development continued, she started searching for a healthy and sustainable way of eating. Sharlene experimented with different diets before she came across macrobiotics. It wasn’t until she delved deeper and learnt more about macrobiotics that she realised she had found something extraordinary.

For Sharlene, discovering macrobiotics lead her to discovering so much about food, health, healing, emotions, lifestyle and energy. She is continually exploring and developing her knowledge and understanding of how all these things combine to create who we are.

Sharlene has spent the last four years studying at the International Macrobiotic school. She is now a Macrobiotic Cook and Health Advisor and in her final stages of training to become a Macrobiotic and Life Counsellor and Healing Cook & Guide. She is also a trained Esoteric Soul Healer.

Sharlene is passionate about helping, teaching and guiding others towards greater health and potential.
