Biography:

I am passionate about inspiring health through delicious natural cuisine. The influence of season and the balance of pure ingredients, dishes and cooking styles are central to the art of my menu design. I love creating menus made up of dishes and flavours that harmonise together beautifully bestowing pleasure, vitality and wellness on those enjoying my meals.

I enjoy cultivating peoples' nourishment, developing their cooking skills and offering an insight into the wisdom of pure foods. I teach wonderful, delicious dishes great to expand health and share the art of balancing menus ideal to enjoy.

I set up Wholefood Harmony to share whole, natural macrobiotic cuisine for the wonderful taste, vibrant energy, complete nutrients and powerful benefits to health. We offer Food Coaching, Workshops, Private Cooking Classes, Bespoke Groups, Seminars and Gourmet Chef Services.
