Steamed peaches with amasake-cashew cream

Had a lot of peaches from the market and this is what we did with some of them.
ingredients
- 4 peaches & 8 walnut halves
- Cashew nuts
- Pinch of Salt
- Rice milk
- Water
- Rice syrup
- Amasake
instructions
- Steam peaches then cut in half, remove the stones. Roast nuts and place in centre of the peaches Place in 8 small bowls
- Soak cashew nuts overnight, then boil for 40 mins with a pinch of salt, and a spoonfull of rice syrup
- Occasionaly add rice milk or water if needed, then blend with the amasake.
- Serve peaches or cream hot or cold
