Luxury popcorn

This stuff is dangerous! Great for kids (and grown ups!)
ingredients
- Popping corn/corn kernels
- Sesame oil
- Peanut butter (1 tablespoon)
- Apple juice concentrate (1 tablespoon)
- Malt syrup (1-2 tablespoons)
- Pinch of salt
instructions
- Pour oil into pan (enough to cover the bottom of the pan) and then add the popcorn (about 1-2 tablespoons). Put the lid on and turn the heat right up. Once the oil begins to heat up the corn will start popping.
- Listen for reduced frequency of popping. You'll know when it's ready because there won't be any more pops! Turn off the heat and transfer into a bowl to cool slightly. Then transfer the popcorn back into the pot.
- Now it's time to add the peanut butter, apple juice concentrate, malt syrup and a pinch of salt. Mix it all in. The popcorn should be slightly moist (not too sticky but not too dry). If it's too dry add some more malt syrup. Give it a good mix. and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
