Seafood broth

This kidney strengthening broth is easy to make & delicious.


ingredients

  • 1 strip of kombu, mussels (pre-cooked), spring onion (finely chopped)
  • ginger (finely grated), garlic (crushed) & parsley for garnish

instructions

  1. Put 3 cups of water into a pot with kombu and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the spring onions, ginger, garlic and mussels and simmer for a few minutes more. A few minutes before serving, add enough shoyu to taste and garnish with parsley
