Polenta cutlets

Crispy, light & satisfying
ingredients
- 2 cups of polenta, 5 cups of water, a pinch of salt, spring onions (chopped), walnuts (roasted & chopped) polenta, sesame oil
instructions
- Bring 5 cups of water and a pinch of salt to the boil. Reduce heat and add polenta. Keep stirring until you have a thick consistency. Stir in spring onions and walnuts. Place in baking mould and allow to cool.
- Once cooled, cut into triangles. Roll in polenta and fry in sesame oil until golden.
