Polenta cutlets

Crispy, light & satisfying


ingredients

  • 2 cups of polenta, 5 cups of water, a pinch of salt, spring onions (chopped), walnuts (roasted & chopped) polenta, sesame oil

instructions

  1. Bring 5 cups of water and a pinch of salt to the boil. Reduce heat and add polenta. Keep stirring until you have a thick consistency. Stir in spring onions and walnuts. Place in baking mould and allow to cool.
  2. Once cooled, cut into triangles. Roll in polenta and fry in sesame oil until golden.
