Tofu broth

Light & refreshing
ingredients
- 1 cup of tofu (cubed)
- 1 carrot (cubed)
- 1 stalk celery (cubed)
- watercress
- shoyu
- bouillon
instructions
- Bring water to a boil. Add tofu & carrots & simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Then add celery & simmer for further 5 minutes. Add bouillon or shoyu to taste. Serve with watercress.
