Tofu broth

Light & refreshing


ingredients

  • 1 cup of tofu (cubed)
  • 1 carrot (cubed)
  • 1 stalk celery (cubed)
  • watercress
  • shoyu
  • bouillon

instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil. Add tofu & carrots & simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add celery & simmer for further 5 minutes. Add bouillon or shoyu to taste. Serve with watercress.
