Grounding carrots with a pungent mustard dressing


ingredients

  • Carrots, wholegrain mustard (sugar free), shoyu, olive oil, water

instructions

  1. Cut carrots & boil in salted water until tender. Make the dressing by adding 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1/2 a tablespoon of shoyu, 1 tablespoon of olive oil & 2 tablespoons of water. Add more water and shoyu if necessary.
