Mineral rich & delicious


ingredients

  • A handful of hijiki (soaked in enough water to cover for 30 minutes), 1 carrot (cut into matchsticks), pumpkin seeds (roasted)
  • spring onion (finely sliced), shoyu, ginger juice

instructions

  1. Put hijiki and soaking water into a pot and bring to boil. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Next add the carrots and simmer for a further 10 minutes. Next, add 1-2 tablespoons of shoyu & simmer away the liquid. Squeeze in some ginger juice and mix in some finely sliced spring onions and toasted pumpkin seeds before serving.
