Wakame & grape salad

This sea vegetable salad is quick, easy & refreshing


ingredients

  • 1 strip of wakame (soaked in hot water for 10 minutes), cucumber (thinly sliced in half moons)
  • red grapes (halved), herb salt

instructions

  1. Drain the wakame and save the soaking water for cooking with later. Roughly chop the wakame and mix together with the cucumber & grapes. Lightly sprinkle the salad with herb salt, being careful not to over do it. Massage gently and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
