Steamed vegetable trio with a tangy dressing

Colourful, nutritious & a great addition to any meal. Serve with a dressing of your choice.


ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Shoyu (1.5 tablespoons)
  • Olive oil (1 tablepsoon)
  • Brown rice vinegar (1.5 tablespoons)
  • Water (2 tablespoons)

instructions

  1. Blanch the vegetables one by one in salted water. Be careful not to over cook them.
  2. To make the dressing mix all the ingredients together & drizzle over vegetables.
