Steamed vegetable trio with a tangy dressing

Colourful, nutritious & a great addition to any meal. Serve with a dressing of your choice.
ingredients
- Carrots
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Shoyu (1.5 tablespoons)
- Olive oil (1 tablepsoon)
- Brown rice vinegar (1.5 tablespoons)
- Water (2 tablespoons)
instructions
- Blanch the vegetables one by one in salted water. Be careful not to over cook them.
- To make the dressing mix all the ingredients together & drizzle over vegetables.
